The best experience I've ever had renting a storage unit anywhere. From the moment I got out of my car I was greeted with genuine smiles & hospitality you don't typically get at storage facilities. Patricia & Aaron were incredibly helpful & informative, they answered all my questions honestly and didn't hesitate to show me the unit I would be renting and made the complimentary can rental process as quick and easy as possible. So much so that I even got my mom to rent her own unit there the very next day, we've only been here about a month but we've loved it from day one and we plan on renting here for many years to come.

They’re good to go. Patricia rocks. They’re big on military and taking care of people. Moving then is great. Patricia loves what she does and you can see it. Good energy and good location. Have somebody always on site and the hours are easily accessible. Recommended yes and glad I picked it.

Great friendly service! Patricia was extremely helpful in getting us into a downsized storage unit to reduce our monthly rental cost. She adjusted the A/C down so we would be more comfortable while we worked to clean out the old unit and she brought us cold bottles of water. Aaron was also very helpful. Good Folks!!! I highly recommend them!

My husband and I recently obtained a unit with Life Storage. I have to say that Ms. Patricia Fuentes was nothing less than exceptional! We have never experienced such wonderful customer service! Ms. Patricia was kind, friendly and made our move so easy with less stress. She helped us pick the best size unit and insurance plan to suit our needs.
She went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and secure about leaving our personal belongings at her facility. Which i might add, was very well maintained and very clean. We had visited 2 other storage companies before Life Storage but Ms. Patricia won us over with her friendly outgoing personality and such helpfulness!
I don't know who trains the customer service reps or managers for Life Storage but they should ALL be trained by Ms. Patricia!!!

This property is so well kept. Atmosphere is personable and refreshing. Patricia is very helpful and made our transition easy. She went above our expectations by not only telling us about why Life Storage’s boxes were better, she actually helped us move them in our unit upon move in. This place is great! The price was perfect and the service was more than we expected. Blessing!
