Both my dogs are seniors and one has health problems that make putting stress on her inadvisable, so I tried an in home pet sitting service. Bridget kept me posted on how the dogs were doing and how they were eating. Surprisingly the other dog came down with intestinal problems and made big messes in the house which Bridget cleaned. By knowing exactly what was going on at home, I was able to enjoy my trip. Very reasonably priced, too. The charge was by the visit, not the number of animals.
Barbra recently took care of our two cats while we were away on vacation. She did an amazing job! She wrote detailed communications of each day with them and it was clear she took the time to play and give them loving! She also was really great with the cats during the pre visit and made me feel very relaxed that the cats were in good hands. Barbra also made sure to clean up litter on the floor and took out all of the trash, keeping the apartment cleaner than when we left it! Diane, the manager, gives very prompt email responses and was great to work with. I will be using them again in the future to take care of my babies!
They are really great folks and we use them all the time for our two furry daughters. They send us updates via text and email to know that our babies are ok. I highly recommend them.
We used their services for the in-home administration of medicine to our beloved cat. They were always prompt, efficient and skilled; but most importantly they were tender and compassionate with our kitty. It was so comforting to have their knowledge and expertise; we would highly recommend them for their competent, dependable and caring service.
