As soon as a walked in the staff was horrible, I was standing around looking dumb waiting to get helped thankfully one of the employees was kind and approached me, I believe his name is Daniel. He helped me out on cleaning out my battery and giving me advice on how to keep my battery clean and free of rust. He was good help over all. Besides the rest of the other employees Daniel made my visit very pleasant and extraordinary. Give this man a raise, auto zone needs more employees like Daniel who are actually passionate about helping people out.

I had gone to O’reilly right before only because they were down the street from me where they had 1 guy ACTUALLY assisting customers and 1 guy just walking back and forth with his hands in his pockets and when I would ask him a question he would just reply “ask that other guy.” So I ended up leaving.
Came to autozone to get my battery replaced and the cashier (manager?) was very sweet and knew exactly what she was doing (THANK GOD BECAUSE I DIDN’T) and got me everything I needed. Then Daniel G came out and actually replaced my battery and also was teaching me some tips on how to care for it. He was very professional and knowledgeable! Amazing customer service from both associates.
Will definitely be coming here from now on even if it is a little further out. -

(January 1, 2019, 12:14 pm)The employee Daniel Gonzalez was outstanding. He saw me struggling trying to remove a broken piece of metal that was hanging under my car and scraping the street. He stopped what he was doing inside to assist me and got the part off quick. He was polite and confident in his position. This store needs more employees like him.

(December 11, 2018, 9:35 am)Stephanie went out of her way to help me with my car. After placing a new battery, it wouldn’t start and she helped me get my car to a mechanic and spoke with him personally about the problem. My car was looked at right away! Stephanie went above and beyond and I would recommend this store to anyone!
