I was there today and I have to say I was insanely impressed with the service and professionalism.
I asked for a service and they provided me with exactly what I wanted without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't want. No one lied to me to get me to buy another phone or randomly mess up my account (this happened to me twice in the past).
Whoever is making these awesome customer service changes within the entire company I would like to say, THANK YOU!
You've gone from one of the worst customer service providers to one of the best!

(June 1, 2016, 12:11 pm)On April 22, 2016 my daughter and I went in to this store, after walking out of the store at Fry and Grand Parkway, for an upgrade on her phone. The experience was great, we were greeted the moment we walked in the door. Because we already knew what we wanted, we told the Customer Rep and he help us with the purchase of the new upgrade. Very pleasant and friendly they transferred everything from my daughters old phone to the new and we were on our way. That is the way the store should run. This is now my store of choice. It may be a little far but I will choose great Customer Service over convenience every day.
