“12-27-2017 Wednesday While on the road this day (and it's a COLD 41 degrees even here) here near Houston,Texas coming from COLD Chicago and eventually will end up in California, I stopped at this HONDA Dealership called HONDA OF HOUSTON. I wanted some service done on my bike before the year ended and to be/get and be ready for the new year like oil & filter change and other fluids. I told the service Rep (Steve) of what I wanted done. He priced all that I wanted done and gave me an estimated total. He explained how long it would take etc… was very nice explaining etc… showed me to the waiting room etc…. . I did some walking around the showroom and was disappointed that of all the employed personnel that crossed my path, only one spoke to me and had a conversation. He was a salesperson. I walked the whole showroom even slowly going past the front desk where a young person sitting didn't say a thing until I went past and I initiated a hello after I passed her to check if she would greet me. But NO, she only replied after I spoke. She was too deep in her head being down in her book or phone. A slim guy passed me coming from the back desk went directly pass me without saying anything until initiated a hello as he walked past. I was there 2 hours waiting and I thought it was nice of the service Rep (Shannon) to come and check and ask if I needed anything. They started on my bike at about 3:15pm. Steve said at that time that my bike should be ready at 7:00pm. I do not like going into a dealership and hardly any of the employees don't speak to the customers (the customers are the people that cause them to have a job). After still waiting patiently pecking on my phone etc…. the time went fast and next thing I knew is Shannon telling me that my bike is ready. And its way before 7:00. Great!! Although there was no coffee, Steve did offer to go get some and I thanked him. That was that extra mile bit but I explained that he didn't have to go and get any coffee. The service I had done was an oil & filter change, coolant flush, brake flush, clutch flush, final drive oil flush, they discovered that a running rear left bulb was blown and they installed at no extra cost except for the cost of the bulb and did a 50 point inspection. All-in-all, this HONDA motorcycle shop (HONDA OF HOUSTON) I rate a 4 star.”
