“He is the best doctor ever , but the receivers are not organized, and don't have enough knowledge. They charged me over. Based on my work insurance i usually pay $ 25 for any primary doctor, but they charged me $40. When I asked her why she said because it is an urgent care. And also, me and my husband have been there before, but we were pay only $25 for each.”

“This was a year ago - copying here from a yelp review to get the two in sync. Just moved to this side of town and therefore have no primary care doctor on the west side. Tweaked my back playing golf yesterday and this was the closest place to me. It was not a upscale feel, but they got me in quick, were friendly and attentive, and I really liked the doctor. I asked him to refer me to a good primary care on this side of town, and he said, I am here six days a week, you can see me as your primary care if you would like. This is perfect because I work constantly and he is open on Sunday. Seeing a doctor is about service over a frilly environment. I'll be back for sure.”

“I'm 30 years old and I had surgeries on both of my knees. I had meniscus tears (probably from soccer and many other sports). They're both much better now. Recovery for the first one was slower (I think it took maybe 3 months to feel okay and about 6 months to feel better). The recovery for the second knee was much quicker and took about 3 months or less to be in good shape. I guess each injury and surgery is different. Were the surgeries worth it? Absolutely. Do I think my knees will be the same? probably not 100%, but I'm very active again (lifting weights regularly, rock climbing, etc.). He's a good doctor and everyone at the facility treated me very well.”

The appointment was really helpful for both of us (her as a patient and me as her main caretaker). “Dr. Palumbo and his physical therapist Pam are the best. We interviewed and got 3 opinions from 3 different Othopedic surgeons for my daughter who fractured her fore arm during a bad fall from bars while doing gymnastics. We felt 100% comfortable with Dr. Palumbo. I myself am a Nurse Practitioner I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Surgery was a success and went smooth, the facility and staff are perfect. Physical therapy with Pam was wonderful she was able to get full range of motion back quickly and gain confidence and strength. My daughter has healed very well and will be back to her sport soon. Thank you so much Dr. Palumbo and Pam this experience was tough but when you have the best Sports medicine Doctor and physical therapist it gives you peace.”
