“10/10 would totally recommend! This place literally DEFINES the word "home cooked" with its American standard cuisine. Parking leaves something to be desired, though. Unless you're the first or second patron to arrive, you'll find yourself parking on the street. Management and staff can be difficult to work with. The last time my wife and I went there the door was locked and when a worker opened the door they seemed quite surprised that we were there and were unhappy about it, saying things like "this isn't a restaurant, crazy people" and "I live here, get off my porch". So classic.”

“I graduated from Trafton in 2015, and it is one of the best schools in the city! They helped me prepare both academically and personally for high school applications, and they helped me get into many esteemed high schools. The students are great, and there is no stuck-up attitude here, unlike most private schools in Houston. The faculty is amazing and since the class sizes are so small, every teacher knows his or her students personally. The school has an ever-growing athletic program, and it set the foundations of sports and athletics that I will carry with me to college. When you drive by, you may see a weird-looking campus, with one side being made of a few houses fused together, and the other side some buildings with a porch connecting them, but Trafton is very special and unique. I highly recommend this school.”

“The Head Trainer and Owner here is Angelus, I used to train with him back in the day and I have come here to his new place and I am amazed its gotten better than before. He is an excellent coach, active Martial Arts Competitor, and teacher. I love getting trained by someone who is actually actively fighting in their prime, not by someone who has had their glory days a few decades ago. He has the patience to train anybody from their first day to even the more seasoned and skilled fighters. The facility is clean, competitive prices with discounts on longer contracts, and offers no contract options along with drop in classes. It lets you know this isnt a money emphasized gym, the instructor cares about your goals. If you just want to get in shape, this is the class. If you want to become a world class black belt, this is the class. Today on a slow Monday class you get the same kind of detailed attention as you would on those packed Friday nights. I highly recommend this place to anybody who is a Martial Arts Enthusiast/Fitness Enthusiast or just curious about learning to defend yourself.”
