“Ive gone here with my wife and kids around 6 or 7 times in the last 3 years for blood work. Disclaimer: my insurance fully covers quest labs, so I've never had to deal with billing issues at this location like some of the other reviewers. I can only speak from my own experience. There are 2 tablets you can use to sign in as a walk in, check in for an appointment, or confirm you are dropping off a specimen. You have to use the tablets because there is no staff in the waiting area, an I've unfortunately seen this confuse a few older patients coming to get their blood drawn. Once you're signed in, your name will be displayed on a TV screen with an expected wait time behind the names of the other patients that signed in before you. Then you wait 5 to 10 minutes, get called in, make some small talk while your blood gets drawn, and BAM you're done.”

I’ve been in the recovery process of the last 6 months, going to appointments and had a couple of sessions on laser treatments and everything has gone so smoothly! “I took my mom to Dr. Nasser's office and I can honestly say this is the best office we have been to. Great experience from start to finish! The front desk ladies were very nice and polite, clinical staff was amazing as well and Dr. Nasser made my mom feel extremely comfortable, he was so patient, kind, funny and understanting towards her and now a days that is super hard to find thank you for that we couldn't be any happier. “Dr. Baumgartner was awesome. He's an attentive listener and asked specific questions that made me feel like he understood my condition. He had clear explanations as to the cause of my pain and his recommended treatment. He recommended a procedure that i had never been made aware of before by my previous doctors. His credentials and positive bedside manner made me very comfortable proceeding with that and I'm so glad I did. I've been walking around pain free without meds for the first time in years and have recovered almost a full range of motion that I thought was gone for good. Thanks, Dr. B! His staff was friendly and the wait time was reasonable. My lousy insurance caused a problem, but with a quick phone call his office quickly resolved it. I would highly recommend this doctor.”
