(July 22, 2018, 12:04 pm)Ray was super great and sold my father a charger for his Samsung Edge S6 phone. Ray also he had had offered to factory reset the phone because we were having sync issues. Before leaving the store he had provided us with instructions on how to factory reset the phone if we chose to do it ourselves. We ended up doing it ourselves which worked out great. Thanks again Ray, you are very knowledgeable!
