“I just wanted to give my experience. We have had our loans financed through another credit union for years. My husband and I decided we wanted to consolidate some credit card debt to a lower interest loan to get it paid off. Our other credit union would not grant us the loan. I called First Community as a last resort after doing a a quick google search and spoke with Paul and went over our financial goals. He was so courteous and kind. I actually felt like he wanted to help us and get our business. Within about 1 day, everything was done and our loan was approved. Not only was it approved but we got a loan that was 3% points lower than what the other credit union was going to give us and it was actually approved. We decided to refinance the car and got an interest rate that was 2% points lower than our current credit union. We did not even have to go into a branch to get it done. Communication was top notch as well as rates. Thank you so much Paul! Would recommend this credit union to anyone!”
