It was early in the morning and the owner of Road 2 Zion was the only one who answered right away. He drove from 40 minutes away, diagnosed the problem (explaining and showing me the diagnosis process), and replaced the starter as needed. He charged me a very fair price for his time and professionalism. I actually paid him more than he asked because he genuinely deserved it. In my case, the dent stretched the metal so he was only able to aesthetically improve it. The dent overall looks way better than before and I really appreciate his work on it. He inspected my vehicle and found a tear in the radiator hose. He explained what was needed and how long it would take to complete the repair. He also noted that my truck needed an oil change and took care of that as well. I love that I could sit in the house relaxing knowing my vehicle was being repaired right there.
