At first glance my new build smart home seemed to be a routine install, but the home builders made some mistakes that to me would have presented some serious challenges for Mr. Guevara. They were not! He showed me the problems, offered several workable solutions and completed the install. A job that would have taken me all day to do was done professionally and impressively in a significant less amount of time. I happily recommend IES. “This place is a small little gem in 3rd Ward Texas. We went for Sunday brunch and were not disappointed. If you do not have a reserved section come early. The seating is limited and there is nowhere to wait inside. The food was delicious and a nice serving size for the price. An 18% gratuity is added to the check. Our waitress was good but stretched thin so our service was a little slow. She definitely checked on us when she could and she had a great attitude. The DJ kept the crowd dancing and singing and the whole place was a vibe. The restroom is a single-stall and fairly clean. Try the loaded Mimosa. You won't be disappointed. Although this place wouldn't be my first choice for brunch I would go back if invited.”

Our appetizers came out quick and it was delicious! Our food came right after and it all tasted delicious and fresh. My only complaint was the chicken we ordered, I think it was the texture and the fact it was fried and then sauce was added? Not sure but other than that everything was good.”
