As a child I often explored their cemetery as it was less than 500 yards from our house. They never locked the gate and I would sit there for hours enjoying the peace. My favorite marker was the one that seemed to be for a logger or lumberjack. The details and love shown was evident in all the markers. At 67 I still visit cemeteries to view the love and care folks have for each other. Thank you for instilling that in me. Thank you for leaving the gate open so a child could have a reprieve from what was going on in their life. Thank you.
