I love it here, it’s more than just a gym . On Tuesday’s , Thursday’s and saturdays they have something called fitchurch service starts at 11. You workout as a group, @12 you have nutrition class , and at 1:00 you have a lesson from the Bible, or spiritual lesson and it’s all free. However if you want to do their coaching , that’s what’s costs and you can make an appointment any other time. Except Sundays and sometimes Friday.
