Katy, the self-proclaimed adventurous manager was great in making sure the font was perfect for my messaging and didnt crowd or pressure me when I was choosing my baby gifts. Her expertise was helpful and fun. And my engraving was ready by the time I got to my car! Can't wait to go back for baby gifts 2 - 5.

(September 30, 2018, 2:33 am)One lady, didn't pay attention to her name, had assisted shopping for a gift for my stepmom's birthday gift. They had a promotion BOGO 75% off and it was my boss's birthday on Tuesday, too. I went in initially on Saturday and was told my items would be in by Tuesday morning. Oops, I had to be at work first thing Tueaday and didn't have time to pick it up to give to the recipients. I went in 2pm Monday and my items were ready! I didn't ask them to rush it yet it was completed and engraved just as requested. Great work, better gift.
