The store associates were very friendly and professional. I actually made the trip to dine at the Texas Roadhouse next door. When I saw the new Auto Zone building, I had to check it out. I took my grandmas car in and I had no idea how mechanic shops worked so I was pretty clueless on the process and what all had to be done, but it was explained and was really an easy process. They explain things very straight forward and simple. Pricing is great. I thought they went above and beyond to really show how much they care! ..but most of all, I felt taken care of as a customer and respected.
