“Hands down, this clinic provided the best service I have ever experienced at an urgent care facility. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the doctor. I was seen by Dr. Smyers and felt immediately well taken care of. He took extra time to explain things to me, share what my options were and come up with an effective plan of care. He even let me know where he would be working this weekend so I could call him if my illness had not improved. This morning I even received a phone call from the clinic to see how I was feeling. This facility goes above and beyond and I won’t ever even think about going anywhere else. Five stars and more!”

“Dr. Nguyen is amazing! Love him. The office staff can be a little rough around the edges sometimes. There are two nurses that are so, so nice. The others seem very unhappy. I'm not sure if it's that they have been doing the same job for so long or what exactly, but it is eminent that they are not happy to be talking with patients in person or on the phone. I am moving out of state. When I called to cancel my appointment coming up in the next few weeks they did not ask if they could try to see me sooner, when I was leaving, if I might need a refill on my migraine medication before I go, etc. The person I spoke with simply said, "I have cancelled your appointment. Thanks, bye." It was very impersonal. I had two questions that I was not able to ask because she hung up so quickly.”

“I have 4 children all delivered by Dr. Amy Plummer, the oldest being 18 and my youngest 5. I love this doctor so much. Although I only see her once a year she always greets me with a smile and leaves me with a hug. She is quick but she knows what's she's talking about. If she's late that's probably because she just delivered a baby. I always recommend this doctor and don't mind waiting my turn. She answers my questions above and beyond. If she doesn't know what's wrong she will run multiple test to find the answer and doesn't stop until she finds it. It doesn't take her long. If it wasn't for Dr. Plummer I would had never known I had cancer. She found it, removed it and I'm living a normal happy life. I highly recommend this doctor! ”
