I took my grandmas car in and I had no idea how mechanic shops worked so I was pretty clueless on the process and what all had to be done, but it was explained and was really an easy process. They explain things very straight forward and simple. Pricing is great. I thought they went above and beyond to really show how much they care! ..but most of all, I felt taken care of as a customer and respected.
