So, Sean (hope I spelled that correctly) explained this to me and went on to say, ”it wouldn't be cost-effective to repair it.” When I picked up the tablet, I didn't have to pay any fees. I found thought that was beyond nice; and definitely not what I expected. Now, the replacement tablet was dropped, and I'm going back today to see if they can fix it; and will be buying an Otter Box case!!”
