Jay's does Soul Food right. They have a variety of menu items that are mouth watering and the food keeps you going back for more. “As a professional Chef and restaurateur I rate this establishment as follows.... Cleanliness- This establishment has a high level of cleanliness from curb appeal to dinning to kitchen. Professionalism- as a minority business this restaurant demonstrates a high level of professionalism from being greeted with enthusiasm and the cashier was neat and courteous. Quality of Food- Wings are large and flavorful and I love the spiciness of one of the choices of sauce. They did not skimp of condiments. Speed of Service- I would rate is as Good and reasonable. Overall- This wings establishment has a LOT of potential. I would encourage management to always identify "new" customers and offer gratuity of some sort. Because it's a relatively new business the only thing that I what do differently if not charged 50 Cent for sauces yet so that new customers can experience all the flavors better offer although the fee that is charged as nominal. Prices are in line with direct competitors although I did wish that they offered Wing pricing by itself instead of the wing with fries only pricing. I definitely will be back and the owner is very involved I would highly encourage anyone to try this place, it is AWESOME!!!!! P.S. creating incentives to have customers visit more often from $1:00 off select packages to other ways To market business.”

“We are home from having to evacuate from yet another hurricane. We stayed at the Wingate hotel in Humble,Texas on Will Clayton Parkway. Very nice hotel. The manager Brandy Gordon was just a wonderful and super young lady. We had over 30 family members that stayed there and she took great care of all of us. Anything we needed and she could help us she did. I have to give the Wingate hotel and Brandy Gordon and the rest of the staff there 10 stars. Thank You so much for everything ...”
