Jinya Ramen Bar

Yes! The Jinya - Cypress is open! The Jinya Buns and Takoyaki (Octopus) were to die for. The rice bowls are very tasty and of course the ramen is the star of they show with different offerings of protein, noodle type and broth. On some ramen bowls choose from mild to hot (or off the menu.. two levels of "Inferno"). Very helpful and friendly wait staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The cauliflower with pine nuts was delicious for people like me who does low gluten diet. Dishes came out quick and my food was great and the overall atmosphere was vibrant and energetic. Will visit again!

Glad to see ramen spreading out this far! I got the tonkotsu black: it had pork , mushrooms and a egg. It was very good! Pork buns for an appetizer. The bun was so soft, sweet and delicate and pork was so flavorful! Kiddos loved the pork gyoza, the boy ate 2 orders!
