Our family does not know were to begin; on how blessed and Thankful we are to have met Mathew Bannister. He performed miracles on a criminal case, that without him would not have been a successful outcome. He will definitely be are go to lawyer for any issues in the future. We can not recommend him highly enough.

Mr. Banister came highly recommended to my wife and I for our family law case last summer, 2019. Fighting with an ex spouse and having your children used as chess pieces was a heartbreaking and difficult time for us. Matt was very professional but was also compassionate and assured us that he would fight for us as if they were his kids too. The lawyer from the other side was unprepared and Matt left her speechless and silent throughout the proceedings. Regardless of what specific case you have I can’t imagine finding a better attorney. Your search should end here! If you still have any doubt continue reading...

After our family law case my wife and I purchased a used truck from a dealership in Sugar Land, Texas. It was beautiful and we couldn’t have been happier with the deal we got on it. However, just a few weeks after the purchase I went to get a quote on new exhaust and within 5 minutes of the body shop looking at the truck he informed me that I made a horrible purchase. The truck had been lifted by the previous owner but it was the incorrect lift kit, pieces were missing, installed incorrectly and zip ties were used to cover up shot work. The bottom line was the truck was 100% unsafe to drive and essentially could fall apart going 75 MPH on the highway. Therefore, the dealership either didn’t do an inspection as they do with every used car they purchase or they hid the fact it was in a horrible condition and sold it to me anyway. I didn’t even hesitate to call Mr. Banister and even had a letter of intent to sue the dealership ready for him; but you need to understand that Matt was the ADA of Fort Bend County for over a decade and he knows a lot of people. While helping me to try and remain calm he said that he would just need to make a couple of phone calls to get my situation resolved since the dealership is clearly at fault. Sure enough within a few days I was contacted by the manager of said dealership and a tow truck came to pick up the truck to get a brand new lift installed with new tires as well. Matt goes above and beyond for his clients and friends. He’s a man of his word and who I want in my corner.
