For the past 3 months I have been taking an EMT course here at Roxell and I just have to say I couldn’t have found a better school to be able to further my education. At Roxell everything is explained extremely well and at a pace that is perfect not to fast and not too slow. My instructor was Marcos Benavides and I can honestly say he is the best teacher I have ever had. If you had a question about something you can always reach out and he would have the answer. What I enjoyed most was the organizations we did our clinicals with everyone was friendly and very helpful in our journeys to becoming EMS workers.
10/10 I would recommend taking Emt courses here I passed the NREMT test on the first try with a perfect score. Beni is a great instructor who will prepare you with all the tools needed to succeed.
Ade was my NRP instructor and she was great, she made learning fun and stress-free. I really enjoyed her teaching style and her overall vibe. She kept the class laughing all while keeping us engaged. You can tell that she loves to teach and very passionate about helping others do well. I would definitely recommend this learning center!!!
Yes, keeping certifications up-to-date can be a pain but it keeps patients safe & Ade, the NRP instructor, was amazing !!!
Class started promptly at 9:00 AM, be sure to bring your completed course certificate and ID. The secretary, Aviana, was pleasant and promptly checked me in.
There was a small class size of 5 which made it easier to learn. We went through a PowerPoint (information that was previously learned in the course completion) & answered questions aloud as a group, went over the instruments and how to use them on the babies with the silicone baby head, then a mock code in groups, then finally a test. Take notes during the information session.
The class was interactive and no pressure unlike many NRP classes.
Ade was my instructor for NRP and she was wonderful. She made it very easy to follow and was very thorough in her teaching. I would definitely come back here because I hate doing it at the hospital.
