First I just want to say I highly highly highly recommend this firm. My family and I had a really hard year financially due to things that were out of our control but Dennis and Rick made a difficult situation a little easier. We were able to get our car back right away and make an affordable payment plan. This firm including the front desk assistants, are very professional timely and always stayed in touch for updates or when I had questions. I also want to add that they were very nice and down to earth. I had two children with me and it was never an issue.
