“I will be honest, when my boyfriend started with CrossFit JWD I was nervous and didn’t want to join. He convinced me to come just once… Johan was so helpful. I didn’t know anything on my first day and Johan spent majority of the class 1 on 1 helping me learn the proper movements and form. I cancelled my other gym membership shortly after that and don’t miss a day at CrossFit unless I HAVE to! I love the small family atmosphere. “I trained with Wes for about a year and he really helped me achieve my goals, both in and out of the gym. We focused on real world exercises that improved core strength as well as flexibility. Warmup and stretching are key to maintaining the muscle gains and he definitely helped me in that area. Nutrition, sleep, calming the mind to relax, and overall mental well-being were areas we also discussed and he helped hold me accountable in those areas as well.
