(May 13, 2019, 11:33 pm)On an extended RV trip and had an incident where aside from damaging a basement door I also (somehow) punched a fist sized hole in the outer right rear tire. This is why there are 4 tires back there. Anyway, having gotten to a campground I didn't want to move to the colission repair shop until the tire was replaced. Half a dozen places turned me down including Love's who would repair it if I drove there, but GCR got the tire information which I had ready for them, and their technician was here within an hour. He removed the bad tire and installed the new one without even having to remove the rim, installed a new air valve - all in all as a transient I couldn't have found a better company to deal with. Kudos.
