  My five star rating is based on my initial experience with the staff while leasing. They are phenomenal. Each of them were eager and willing to help me and expedite the process due to my extenuating circumstances. With the service they provided I am trusting that the apartment home will be just as amazing as they are.

  I was sooo nervous about moving here because of reviews. I saw so many mixed reviews on so many different sites, but I decided to go with my gut and sign a lease. Honestly, my move-in and living experience here has been wonderful. I've heard stories from residents, who have been living here longer, about bugs and noise. When I moved in 3 months ago, my apartment was perfect. It was so super clean and absolutely no bugs (other than a dead fly on the floor). I've seen the occasional wood roach in my garage, but c'mon, we live in Texas. No roach infestation here. I live closer to the front office, which is probably why I've had a more positive experience than others - my neighbors are quiet and friendly, but the noise from the cars on greenhouse can easily be heard in the mornings. My cars have never been broken into (one in front of garage and one parked at the curb); probably because I have common sense and don't leave valuables in plain sight and I keep my doors locked. No one has ever just walked into my home. Maintenance has always handled my service requests quickly and efficiently. I never really speak to the ladies in the front office (I'm pretty low maintenance), but they seem friendly and were nice when I was in the application process. It gets pretty crazy in the mornings during school days, and I wish Mcfee would put an extra crosswalk on plantation grove closer to greenhouse, but no biggie. As far as the area goes, I do hear of a lot of car break-ins, and I feel like I have heard a gunshot or 2 (not 100% sure), but overall, my family and I enjoy it here and we have been safe.
