(November 28, 2017, 7:17 pm)Weather Shield has exceeded my expectations. They were patient and supportive throughout the bid process and took the time to explain all options. The bids they provided were detailed and accurate based on the work provided. The Weather Shield crew showed up on time and with all the materials and equipment they needed and constantly updated my wife and I as the work progressed. Although we have a large house (approximately 5K sq. ft.) they finished it in less than 2 days. The workmanship on the rood is OUTSTANDING and we love the look of our house. They worked hard to clean up after the job was over, even sending a pool cleaning company out to clean what they could not from out pool afterward! They also checked with all the neighbors and made sure no one had been disturbed. They continue to check up on us and had no problem correcting some very minor cosmetic defects they pointed out to us! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
(August 19, 2017, 2:51 pm)Mr. Palacios went over and above in terms of dedicated service. He addressed all our concerns with a degree of professionalism seldom found in the arena of home contractors. The crew did a good job and the roof looks great. Had some trouble with 2x2 drip edge that was avoidable had the 2nd day been overseen by a senior installer. It was remedied immediately. All in all, we highly recommend this company. Ask for Mr. PALACIOS. HE TAKES CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS!
