This business is very professional and has excellent customer service. Ashley did a great job on my brows. As a first-time customer, she asked a lot of questions regarding how I wanted my brows to look and my experience with threading in the past. She was very gentle and provided a pain-free service. Overall best place to get your beauty needs in Katy! 5 star service! The employees are so nice and talented! Insi is amazing! She did my eyebrows and tint and it looks so good! They also accept walk ins which is a plus! Definitely recommend this location!

Went in for the first time and there was only 2 people before me and they immediately got busy after I signed in but they were still very efficient and got through everyone while still being very professional and friendly. There was only 2 girls working and like 10 customers but the wait honestly wasn’t bad at all. I got eyebrow threading done and it was an awesome experience my brows look AMAZING!! I’m new to the area and conveniently it’s only 5 min from my house so I found my new eyebrow place!! Highly recommend!
