  I’ve been living here since 2009 and can truly say things have changed for the better over these past couple years. There have been a lot of improvements done recently. Maintenance is always quick and nice. I would recommend Marquis at Katy.

  Wonderful experience at tonight's wine night! I would highly recommend Marquis at Katy to anyone who is looking for a home. The staff is awesome!

  Signed a 10 month lease. I own a cat. My wife and daughter had an excellent stay here. Our privacy was maintained. I rented a garage for a nominal fee. So always had an easy parking situation and additional storage. Always had guest parking too since ill just let my guest park in my garage. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The move out costs are very reasonable. $200 to deep clean carpets since I have a pet. Maintenance was prompt when needed. Every other cost was very affordable. I am very happy with this place and recommend this to anyone looking to keep things quiet.
