The staff at WHIM are accommodating and very friendly. I have had no issues with having to reschedule appts, even if it's just a time issue they will work with me to fit me in same day. Dr Thampoe has been efficient and thorough. She has a wonderful bedside manner as well as a comforting personality. I feel she listens, thinks about what my concerns are and addresses them in a way that's easy to understand.

I’ve been here a few times already for various different things and Dr. Thampoe is awesome. Really helpful and nice and I never feel uncomfortable there. Glad to have a doctor’s office so close to home. She is smart, effective and personable. She pays attention and is a good diagnostician. Her network of referrals is also excellent. I am happy that I found her and entrust my health care to her.

Dr. Thampoe is a very attentive doctor who shows she cares about her patients. I am never treated like I am on an assemble line. She knows my name. She provides high quality care.

Another great thing about her office is when you need a referral for a specialist, her recommended doctors are always excellent in his or her attentiveness and care. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a primary care physician.

Dr Thampoe is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! If you're looking for a kind, thorough, caring GP, look no further. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, thorough and supportive while I had Covid a few months ago and her treatment and continued monitoring and care put me at ease and helped me recover. She really puts her patients first and is always there if you need her, going above and beyond even on nights and weekends. She's the best GP I've ever had and I highly recommend her.

West Houston Internal Medicine is a wonderful clinic for patients. Upon a short notice call in the morning they were able to provide me an appointment same day in the early afternoon. Wait times when entering the office were nonexistent. Ernesto, Jenny and Michelle all go above and beyond to care for patients and make sure all needs are met. Amongst the one problem of prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy, they were also quick address the concerns and make sure the problem was corrected timely and effectively.
