(March 26, 2019, 12:09 pm)We have always had a great experience here! Super accommodating and patient when I bring all my kids in at once. Nice kids playroom. Dr O’neill is wonderful at explaining WHAT is happening with your eyes so that you understand the need for your prescription. Zoe was so sweet and incredibly helpful at choosing frames. She made the whole process very easy. :)
(March 19, 2019, 1:04 pm)Very nice staff, very personable! Antonio did my exams and was super nice and Zoe helped with fitting my glasses and was super nice and personal and friendly with me. I have been coming here for years and always love the service.
(March 9, 2019, 12:45 pm)Just left after an appointment with my husband, and this was the most amazing experience I have had with a vision center. The doctor was very informative and understanding and answered all of our questions. Our tech, Elizabeth, that did the initial testing did an amazing job. I was very comfortable with her and the entire staff. This is definitely my forever vision center.
(March 8, 2019, 12:41 pm)My husband and son have been coming to Eye Site of Katy since we moved to the Katy area a few years ago, so I figured I would try them out. I am very impressed with the friendly and inviting staff, and especially happy with the service that Kelcie provided! She was patient with me while I tried out different frames, and then helped me narrow down my choices, finally coming to a conclusion. She helped me feel confident about stepping out of my comfort zone and trying a color I wouldn’t normally choose (I’m a creature of habit)! I would highly recommend Eye Site of Katy, and Kelcie! Thank you for such a great experience, y’all!
(February 22, 2019, 11:52 am)A great place to take care of your glasses. Appointments are easy to get and change if needed. Wait time is short. Exams are thorough and concerns are listened to and answers are explained. Dr.'s are knowledgeable and helpful. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. Kelcie did a great job helping with my distance glasses.
