  I have been using Pinch a Penny at this location for more than a year and I could not be more happy. The service is top notch, extremely knowledgeable and proactive (Not like the kid who work in other stores for the summer) . The products are higher quality and cheaper (10-20%) than the big chain store I was using before. I recommend them 100%

  If you want 5 star service, go to PINCH.A.PENNY on Highland Knoll.
  Why?
  Their staff understand pool water chemistry.
  My pool is the best its ever been and l am saving money.
  Their staff are always polite and helpful and will explain your pool water needs in simple terms that you can understand, plus they give you a print out of the chemicals you need and how to apply them.
  All you need to do is take a water sample to them and then follow their instructions.

  I had to replace one of the pump motors for my pool. I priced around and Pinch a penny beat the competitors hands down. They went out of their way to help me. Service was excellent, They sure earned my business today. I have already recommended them to my friends.
