I have been to may doctors. Doctor Policarpo was very concerned about my medical situation. She ran numerous blood test. She prescribed different and additional medication to the numerous pills I take daily. The results were awesome. I changed from not caring if I lived or not. Now I can not wait to wake up each day.

Dr. Vivienne Leyco-Policarpio is awesome! She's sweet and friendly. Very professional, knowledgeable , compassionate and caring .

As some of the others who commented have stated, you do get put on hold a lot when calling the office, and it usually takes a month or more to get an appointment, but once you get started with Dr. Policarpio, you will not regret the extra time it took to get the appointment. My wife is 59 and has been a Type 1 "brittle" Diabetic for 27 years. She had to learn a lot about diabetes on her own so she could take care of herself. In the first few years she had Diabetes we had no insurance, and later even when we had insurance, the doctors were just patronizing people in white jackets who did very little to help. My wife also has Crest Syndrome, Gastroparesis and thyroid problems and needed a doctor to help fine tune her diabetes treatment. Dr. Johanna Policarpio is only doctor who has really showed she cared by actually taking time to really help my wife. Most of the visits with her are 30 minutes or longer and she never rushes you. She listens to the patient and tells you exactly what you need to be doing to better deal with your Diabetes. She is one of the very rare doctors I actually trust to help my wife.

Very compassionate and caring! I had major thyroid problems. She diagnosed it right away and was very proactive in getting it fixed. My medication was adjusted quickly when needed. She listened to my concerns and helped me so much. She has also taken care of my diabetes and helped me get not only my a1c down but I have also finally been successful with weight loss. She has truly been key in getting my body all fixed. I am forever grateful.

I just started going to here, and i have nothing bad to say. As soon as you walk in the people who work there greet you as a friend and not just another person coming in. The Doctors there listen to what you are saying and do not make you uncomfortable or feel like they are judging you, like some doctor offices do. I would recomend this place to anyone!
