(July 31, 2019, 12:28 pm)I love Dr. Chang. He always does thorough exam and reports his findings to my primary care doctor. He is always ready to answer my questions. The medications he has given me have steadily lowered my pressure. Today both eyes were 9!

(June 25, 2019, 5:51 pm)Dr. Victor Chang and staff are INCREDIBLE! Took my mother in for a checkup after a friend recommended him. DR. Chang and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and caring! Office was clean and spacious! I highly recommend him if anyone needs help with their eyes!!!
