(August 26, 2018, 9:26 am)I didn't read the reviews until 1 week after I purchased makeup. Glad I didn't! The male attendant was a bit sketchy at first, so I agree with some of the other reviewers. A secret shopper or finding out a name to put him on blast will solve that problem. I won't do that, because although I waited 20 minutes or so to be color matched, the young lady was so informative and friendly, all of my side eyedness (lolll) disappeared! She offered samples, showed me how to apply Fenty, then put concealer over mostly all of my face. She explained how you hv to warm up the product or use a tissue, great stuff! The guy was friendlier at checkout and gv me more tips as I was leaving.
I'd say, making them aware these Google reviews can affect their evaluations and more customer service training could make this place hv a higher overall rating. The young Latin woman who seems to be a makeup artist deserves all 5 stars!
