“Dr. Allen takes the time to know his patients to get give a complete diagnosis. Great bedside manner, caring and compassionate. I had sinus issues for years and to come to AENT Katy and find Dr. Allen has been a god send. From the front desk, to his wonderful nurses. I feel at home. I had a CT in the office and from there we found out a solution to my problem. As Dr. Allen is going into detail about the surgery and the approach he will be taken, he is very informative. My surgery day arrived and was greeted by Dr. Allen and discharged with Dr. Allen. The next day his nurse, Lesley called to checked up on me and gave me very helpful tips and recommendations for a better and fast recovery. My post-op went so smooth due to the helpful tips his nurse made sure that I understood. 4 months later, quality of life is so much better and only see him every month just to make sure things are going well. Thank you Dr. Allen and Lesley and staff for making this experience a great one and one of my favorite places. Highly recommended!”

“Dr. Falae is an amazing doctor. Honestly, I’d say she’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. She goes above and beyond in everything she does for you. Dr.Jenkins filled in for her after my C section and he was awesome as well. They are both great doctors. I highly recommend. Also, all of the staff is highly professional as well. They have never been rude or anything. I love this office.”

“Where do I even start... they are by far the best dentist I have ever been to. They make sure to keep their customers best interest in mind. I came in and they were able to squeeze me in same day since I needed my tooth extracted. Everyone is so friendly especially the receptionist and the main dentist. Overall when it was my first time visiting I felt so comfortable with all the staff and they were able to extract a tooth for me in the following appointment. They also have great availability most of the time but it may vary depending on the time of year. I was referred to them by a friend and I do not regret coming in.”

For the past three visits, I have been called to the back at least 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I think it’s fair to say that my time should be valued just as much as yours. “I wish there was an option for 10 stars! Dr. Ubaldo has been my Primary Care Physician for 15 years. He is very personable and is a straight shooter. He puts his patient's health over profits. His staff has been friendly and very helpful from the very first time I visited. There is a reason his patient's drive from all over the metro Houston area to see him.
