“Dr. Allen takes the time to know his patients to get give a complete diagnosis. Great bedside manner, caring and compassionate. I had sinus issues for years and to come to AENT Katy and find Dr. Allen has been a god send. From the front desk, to his wonderful nurses. I feel at home. I had a CT in the office and from there we found out a solution to my problem. As Dr. Allen is going into detail about the surgery and the approach he will be taken, he is very informative. My surgery day arrived and was greeted by Dr. Allen and discharged with Dr. Allen. The next day his nurse, Lesley called to checked up on me and gave me very helpful tips and recommendations for a better and fast recovery. My post-op went so smooth due to the helpful tips his nurse made sure that I understood. 4 months later, quality of life is so much better and only see him every month just to make sure things are going well. Thank you Dr. Allen and Lesley and staff for making this experience a great one and one of my favorite places. Highly recommended!”

“The customer service and patient care here is EXCEPTIONAL!! I am so grateful to Dr.Ho and the entire team of people that work at this facility. I feel taken care from the moment I walk through the door. I experience a great deal of anxiety during procedures, and the willingness to give me whatever I need to feel more at ease is always greatly appreciated. Today was a blanket and heavy X-ray smock. The call later in the day from Dr. Ho himself checking in on me to see how I was doing was icing on the cake. I couldn’t ask for a better dental office and doctor!”

“Dr. Falae is an amazing doctor. Honestly, I’d say she’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. She goes above and beyond in everything she does for you. Dr.Jenkins filled in for her after my C section and he was awesome as well. They are both great doctors. I highly recommend. Also, all of the staff is highly professional as well. They have never been rude or anything. I love this office.”

“Where do I even start... they are by far the best dentist I have ever been to. They make sure to keep their customers best interest in mind. I came in and they were able to squeeze me in same day since I needed my tooth extracted. Everyone is so friendly especially the receptionist and the main dentist. Overall when it was my first time visiting I felt so comfortable with all the staff and they were able to extract a tooth for me in the following appointment. They also have great availability most of the time but it may vary depending on the time of year. I was referred to them by a friend and I do not regret coming in.”

I know this personally cause I walk in for a hair cut all the time and sometimes have to use different people. Kia is the manager and she is top notch. I would highly recommend her, she is amazing. “I enjoyed my visit to Today's Vision. I was shocked to see some of the neutral/not so good reviews, but I understand that everyone has different experiences. Had to switch insurance plans across the board, which I wasn't too pleased about but anyway. I don't wear glasses, I see very well. But I felt it was necessary to get my eyes checked. In the past I've had a very small prescription to help with the light from screens. I was greeted upon entering which was greatly appreciated. Dr. Tran was SO kind! She's funny too, haha. Visitors could enjoy water and coffee while waiting to be called in for their appointments- nice perk. I love the smallness of this place and the great customer service, stop by!”

Chassidy not only takes into consideration my input of what I want but also provides great suggestions on other styles that might suit me but also great product suggestions. As quiet as she may seem she's a great conversationalist, not too much, just enough & engaged. Her area is always clean which puts me at ease.
