We thought it was one issue but it turned out to be both front wheel bearings. I was having a bad customer service experience, partly because I have been taken advantage of and over charged from other mechanics in the past and it’s caused me to be distrustful. The manager at Discount Car Care Katy Mills called me and apologized. Right off the bat before asking me any questions. Just apologized for the fact that I was having a bad customer service experience. Then he went above and beyond to turn my experience into a positive one. Got parts delivered over a holiday weekend and got me back on the road asap. These guys are awesome! Highly recommend! Customer for life.”

“Dr. Marshall was able to accommodate me right away and answered promptly to my request. I have been to previous chiropractors before and all I got was adjustments and a lot on pain afterwards. Dr. Marshall is very knowledgeable, has excellent side table manners, is easy to engage, talk to and understand. He fixed my throbbing pain in 1 hour and gave me exercises to do at home and recommendations on how to go about my gym regimen. Mind you I could barely sit down when I walked into his practice. “Adam and his assistant came to my home conveniently and knocked out all of the major issues I was having with my vehicle. Before the vehicle would not start and I was very worried but for a phenomenal deal they got it up and running. They replaced my starter, and radiator that I had cracked, gaskets, and put fresh coolant in. Keep in mind this a European vehicle, so I was very lucky to find Brake Savior. Adam also came back and fixed the problem I was having with my A/C, now it is running ice cold for the summer. Will continue to recommend this company, thank you. It is very rare to find an honest and reasonable company like this one.”
