“Our fairly new dryer started making some scary noises. We had a scheduled visit almost immediately after we contacted Pro-Tech Appliance Repair. Great response! Detailed troubleshooting was performed, and we got a clear explanation on the required part and next steps in getting our dryer fully functioning again. As soon as the required part was received, the technician came back to complete the repair. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Our dryer runs as it did on day one. “Dr. Allen takes the time to know his patients to get give a complete diagnosis. Great bedside manner, caring and compassionate. I had sinus issues for years and to come to AENT Katy and find Dr. Allen has been a god send. From the front desk, to his wonderful nurses. I feel at home. I had a CT in the office and from there we found out a solution to my problem. As Dr. Allen is going into detail about the surgery and the approach he will be taken, he is very informative. My surgery day arrived and was greeted by Dr. Allen and discharged with Dr. Allen. The next day his nurse, Lesley called to checked up on me and gave me very helpful tips and recommendations for a better and fast recovery. My post-op went so smooth due to the helpful tips his nurse made sure that I understood. 4 months later, quality of life is so much better and only see him every month just to make sure things are going well. Thank you Dr. Allen and Lesley and staff for making this experience a great one and one of my favorite places. Highly recommended!”

I feel taken care from the moment I walk through the door. I experience a great deal of anxiety during procedures, and the willingness to give me whatever I need to feel more at ease is always greatly appreciated. Today was a blanket and heavy X-ray smock. The call later in the day from Dr. Ho himself checking in on me to see how I was doing was icing on the cake. I couldn’t ask for a better dental office and doctor!”

“Dr. Falae is an amazing doctor. Honestly, I’d say she’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. She goes above and beyond in everything she does for you. Dr.Jenkins filled in for her after my C section and he was awesome as well. They are both great doctors. I highly recommend. Also, all of the staff is highly professional as well. “My family and I live here for 4 years and are enjoying a beautiful resort style living backed up by excellent maintenance and a super friendly yet professional staff team! Beautiful views, winding walkways,barbecue areas by an infinity pool looking at a lake and fabulous finishing all around the property make us feel so relaxed and at home. We enjoy all the awesome community events and the warmth of the staff! Rachel, the Manager sets a real example by being friendly yet very professional. Her team of Briggitt , Eddie , Albert all just make our living so easy and happy. Highly recommend this community! An added advantage is this place is extremely pet friendly. Pets love the walkways and the treats at the clubhouse!”

“Where do I even start... they are by far the best dentist I have ever been to. They make sure to keep their customers best interest in mind. I came in and they were able to squeeze me in same day since I needed my tooth extracted. Everyone is so friendly especially the receptionist and the main dentist. Overall when it was my first time visiting I felt so comfortable with all the staff and they were able to extract a tooth for me in the following appointment. They also have great availability most of the time but it may vary depending on the time of year. I was referred to them by a friend and I do not regret coming in.”
