(November 21, 2019, 11:43 am)I visited the Home Depot Fairmont location on November 18th. I was in search of some screws for a stool but had no idea what sizes I needed,(I brought the top of stool with me) after searching for 20 minutes myself. I recruited some help. So James happened to be waking down the aisle and he asked how was my day. I asked if he could help me and he said of course. We proceeded to search for these screws. Andi was very difficult considering we had no other acre to match against it. He was persistent and friendly and professional the entire time. It took him about another 15 minutes but he actually found the screws I needed! I was very grateful. I believe that is one of the great traits of customer service, making sure the customer has what they need, having a great attitude, ensuring their satisfaction and that they will definitely return. James in Hardware (hopefully their is only one. He had an awesome beard) he is the gold standard in customer service! To management please do what’s necessary to keep team members like him very happy and motivated to come to work at Home Depot! Thanks for listening.
