I've been storing here for 10-15 years. I recently decided to downgrade from a 10x30 to a 5x5, and Kelli was extremely helpful in the whole process. I could have gotten a better price elsewhere, but the customer service kept me at this location. Price was still competitive. Kelli was very accommodating and helpful as I emptied out my unit over the course or several months. So much better than the old management. Thank you for a great experience!
