(November 13, 2019, 1:39 pm)I was expecting an insistent sales guy based on the reviews. Nevertheless, my experience was the total opposite. It was the fastest and cheapest eye examination. The optometrist was funny, efficient and very nice (as was the receptionist). I plan to return in the future.
(September 9, 2019, 6:04 pm)From the time you walk in you meet friendly people at the counter. Doctors were amazing and very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything about the exam. Price was excellent and I will recommend Americas Best to everyone I meet needing eye care. Thanks again.
(April 17, 2019, 11:23 am)I have to tell you that this was probably the best experience that I've had since I started wearing eyeglasses. My glasses lost the nose piece and Alex was happy to repair it at no charge. But their kindness wasn't an isolated incident. While I was there another customer came in with something broken. They weren't sure that they had the part and told her that she could come back later that day. However, another clerk found the part and ran to the parking lot to catch the woman before she left. It's great to see excellent customer service. Thanks Alex, and thank you America's best , I'm a customer for life.
(March 2, 2019, 12:16 pm)Despite some of the negative reviews, I really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was so polite and helpful. They push you to get more than you came for. And the wait was 8 days for me to receive my lenses. That's incredible! Upon pickup also, I didn't get the lady's name that helped me, but she was lovely. So between the actual Doc and all the people working there, they are excellent in dealing with their customers. From the eye exam to pick-up, I was helped by 5 different people and they were all so nice. Will tell my mother, sister and partner to come here.
