She was very rude and acted like she didn't have time to help us. She did not have any customers and gave my son a nasty look when he brought her a costume that he didn't want. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because you have to enter ALL of your information for every discount and then on one of them you have to wait for a text message to come through. I took it back with the receipt and they were out, but the manager helped me by exchanging it for another toy of the same price. I had coupons which made it difficult, but she made it work! A+”
