“The staff were amazing. We walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and instructions on what we needed to sign. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate while we waited. But, the wait was less than 3 minutes. While my husband finished making a cup of coffee, I was greeted by the MA who introduced herself and escorted me to a room. She was very nice and made me feel at ease. The wait for the PA was very short. Rolinda Adams was my provider and she provided excellent care. We talked about my issue and she completed the exam and prescribed treatment. She was very nice and I felt very safe and comfortable with her and the entire team! I am definitely going to make this my urgent care clinic to go to when needed. Thank you so much for taking care of me!”
