“Michael and Dana were excellent today. My day had a rough ending as I hit a curb and damaged my tire rim and my tire would not hold air. I don’t live in Pasadena and I had no idea how I would get home and even getting a tow home was a possibility. Pepboys was the only company that offered me help and I got the help I needed. They repaired my tire rim and I was able to get home safely. Great service, great price and I was treated with kindness and professionalism. “My brakes started making terrible grinding sounds last night. I called Discount Inspection and Brake when they opened at 8am this morning. Len, the manager, answered and was very courteous. He said no appointment was needed as they see brake issues as quickly as possible. I arrived just before 9am and left about two hours later. Len checked on me as I was waiting several times offering me drinks and snacks but what was really going the extra mile was the small talk (which didn’t last long as he was busy working). His care and concern as a human being was much appreciated. Len was very clear in explaining the issues with my brakes and gave us great pricing. As I drove home, there was an obvious difference in my car’s braking. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service or results. “Just bought myself a 2008 Mercury Mariner in great shape. She’s a sturdy girl. I love Lincoln and Mercury, so I was happy to see they still had her available. George was so helpful, funny and attentive. We looked at and tested a few vehicles before I decided on this one. Sam was very nice and explained the entire process and walked me through purchasing the SUV. My credit crashed after losing my job 2 years ago and it’s been a slow climb back up. “I had Rex Plumbing come out and install a kitchen faucet and install a spout for a tub. They sent out Allen and he did a fantastic job. He had to change out the service piping on the fixture at the tub spout. He did this flawlessly. He also helped replace a section of A/C PVC drain piping in the attic. Allen knows his craft well. He was there to get the job done and he did it well. I was very satisfied with the work.”

“I probably should give this store a lower score, but they sent their bad news quite quickly. Their service is quick. But buyer beware. READ EVERYTHING on each item you are ordering. I ordered a respirator that had a picture with the full respirator and two canisters on each side. BUT THERE WAS A NOTE that said that the canisters were not included. So, my decision to buy based on price was upsetting to say the least. Now I'm paying more than I thought I would have to. Very disappointed. And I feel a little misled. Attached is the thumbnail of the item on the store and the pictures of what I got in the mail. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Adding an update. They recognized that the picture did mislead me and are updating the site to include the picture of the respirator without the canisters. Very quick and thorough customer service. They also resolved my issue with my particular issue. I would shop here again.”

“Tried this place after reading several reviews of hair salons in my area. I was looking for a place close to home temporarily until my girl who normally would do my hair returned from vacation. I'm so glad I did. This place is so cute. There are several stylists here. Everyone is friendly and seem to along so well. The stylists have there regulars. I went to the place to actually talk to someone regarding the color of hair I wanted. I wanted the stylist to look at my hair, see the texture as well as discussing if the color I wanted would be possible. That's when I met Pennie! Let me tell y'all people! She's fabulous! She mixed the colors especially to what I requested. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and informative! If you're looking for a new stylist, definitely check her out! I highly recommend!”
