(November 8, 2018, 6:07 pm)We used The Framestead Group to remodel our Kingwood, TX home after it flooded from Harvey. They are extremely professional and reliable. We enjoyed working with both our Project Manager and our Designer throughout the project. Both did an outstanding job of keeping us informed of decisions that needed to be made to keep our project moving along. Of course, it was a very long process...but this was to be expected and was communicated upfront. We had so much to worry about recovering from the flood, but thankfully we never had to worry that Framestead would not follow through on our contract. We are forever grateful to Mike and the entire team for helping to make an extremely difficult situation a little easier. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship. Our home is a custom home originally built in 1983 in Fosters Mill Estates that had so much woodwork. The master carpenter that Framestead used for our job was outstanding and brought our home back to life. Sometimes I can't even believe that the built-ins are not original. They actually look better than before! I would highly recommend The Framestead Group for any home renovation projects or new home construction.

We continue to recommend them to other homeowners interested in that special project. Yes, the quality and attention to detail is excellent! The project managers are knowledgeable and accessible. They carefully watch your budget. These are traits you evaluate during construction. Even more important though, what sets Framestead apart, is their commitment to your satisfaction long after they complete your project. They are true professionals and stand by their work. You can trust Framestead and we recommend that you do.
(September 21, 2018, 1:25 pm)The Framestead Group recently completed a re-design and renovation of our home in Kingwood’s Royal Shores. We had sustained major flood damage from Hurricane Harvey.
In the search for a contractor, we knew we wanted a one-stop design and build solution. Through a series of meetings, we walked through each step of the Framestead process. The design process included a complete set of detailed plans. Their billing system is detailed and accurate, even providing copies of all the invoices received from suppliers. We could not have been happier with the various craftsman on the project as they were friendly, polite and neat. The Project Managers were on the job site daily and their communication and follow-up was outstanding. The project was completed on-time and as promised. Neighbors, friends and family have raved about the work done by the team. We can’t say enough about the Framestead Group and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a renovation or build.
(September 21, 2018, 12:22 pm)Framestead remodeled our home after Hurricane Harvey. We are located in Foster's Mill Subdivision in Kingwood, Texas. The quality of work is above and beyond and they pay close attention to detail. We are extremely happy with our home and so thankful to be back in after such a traumatic year.

Framestead reclaimed our house after Harvey flooded it. We selected them after two of our flooded neighbors contracted them again after they had done previous remodeling work for them. That is the best recommendation you can get.
Framestead completed our rehab well ahead of many others in our neighborhood. They used subcontractors that they knew, where possible, who did very good to excellent work for us. Framestead was professional, thorough and legal. Many other contractors did not follow the now required Houston code process. They began work only after the frame was fully dried and mold protected. The City of Houston records our house as fully repair in accord with their requirements. That will be a strong selling point if we should ever decide to sell.
