Wa_G and aaliyah were especially helpful in resolving my problem with my new Samsung tri_fold z phone. After having spent > 7 hours over 8 days working on the problems with 4 Samsung reps/senior technicians (all of whom were unable to repair the phone), Wa_G and Aaliyah understood my frustrations of not having a working phone, talked with Verizon Customer Svc, and made arrangements to replace my new phone. It is because of employees and customer svc like this that I have been a Verizon customer for 22 years........and will remain so. Hats off to these two great employees who went out of their way to provide such excellent service. They are truly valuable assets to your company.
