I discovered ABR at bimmerpost a few years back and blogged back and forth with the owner for a while. Based on our correspondence, I stopped by his shop and had them diagnose and fix a rattling sound. Offering advice on other services, I returned to have them perform walnut blasting of the intake valves and I've been pleased with the results as well. Since then, I've had additional work performed by their knowledgeable and friendly staff to upgrade the performance level of my BMW. I also appreciate that they keep their customers informed of upcoming events like they're involvement with Toys for Tots every year. Even though I'm quite a distance from their business, I'm willing to travel for great service and have recommended them to others.

I can sing praises about this place all day! I've been telling anyone that will listen about the service I received. If you own a BMW you will never get service at your dealership again after visiting this place! The product knowledge is amazing, they educated me on things the dealership couldn't or wouldn't. Great customer service, and their prices are almost half of what the dealer charges. I'm not sure how much longer I'll own a BMW or if I'll ever purchase another but as Long as I do ABR will be my service center!

This place is THE best. We have been bringing our MINI Coopers here for two years and won't go anywhere else. They beat the dealer prices and have been known to complete work below their estimates. They use genuine MINI parts, do fantastic work that they stand behind. Most importantly, they treat us like the honest hardworking people we are.
