I love the fast pace of the classes and how they keep your heart going the entire time. The instructors are amazing and full of not only the physical health knowledge but the diet aspect as well. They help with everything from healthy eating habits to meal plans. Every day they give you tips and ideas on how to reach your personal goals.
(August 25, 2018, 1:41 pm)I have always wanted to try kickboxing! So when my friend told me about the kickboxing gym she goes too I just had to check it out! My first day I had some one on one time with one of the trainers and let me tell you I had never had a workout like that! I signed up on my first day, the atmosphere is just absolutely amazing! The trainers take the time to get to know you and they genuinely care about each member. Every time I go it just feels like a big family get together. The other members are amazing and so welcoming and supportive. It was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made!! It’s an amazing workout that has helped with my anxiety and confidence tremendously!!
